The link below shows where I ordered my heavy duty long-neck stapler. It can be used to staple the center of booklets, or the edges. It is extremely sturdy and easy to use. The backstop locks so that you can place the staples exactly where you want them every time. It is expensive but far better than anything else I've found.

This is the link to the heavy duty paper cutter that I use. It can cut a whole stack of paper or card stock. I made picture/word cards for all the units in first grade for the eleven first grade teachers at my school. This paper cutter made short work of all the cutting. The amount of time saved is mind boggling. While it is very expensive for individual teachers, it would be a worthwhile investment by a school or PTA.

To view information about Dekodiphukan, see the web site for the Center for Innovation in Education, Inc. The original program is no longer available. Amazingly however, they have the original materials available on-line as free downloads for teachers and parents.
